Refund policy
Short version: if MendRii isn't what you needed, ask and you get your money back.

Full refund within 30 days of your order, for any reason — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Two easy ways:
- Visit paddle.net with the order details from your receipt email.
- Or email us at mendriiapp@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within a few working days.
Canceling a subscription
- Cancel any time from your account page.
- Monthly renews at $9.99 each month and Annual Access at $59 each year until canceled.
- Canceling stops future renewals — access continues through the period already paid for.
- The 7-Day Pass and one-time donations never renew.
Beyond 30 days
After the guarantee period we still look at requests case by case:
- Billing mistakes or duplicate charges.
- An unused renewal you didn't intend.
- Technical problems that stopped you using the service.
